Online Returns

All unopened, Non-Cannabis products that have been purchased through our online store can be returned within 14 days of shipment receipt. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale – unless you have received a product that has been damaged during shipping or deemed defective.

All cannabis based products are considered final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return a product, please email our customer care team at info@buzzedbuds.co or call our store directly with the phone numbers listed on our locations page. Please have the name on the order and order number ready. Once we verify your order, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label. Place the label on the package and drop off at an applicable shipping depot. Once you returned product has been received and verified by our team, we will credit the original payment method used for purchase.

In-Store Returns

At this time we cannot offer in-store returns for purchases made online due to covid restrictions.
